Krece has partnered with various alliance stores, including ApplyMobile, Mobile Shop, Vancel Corp Movilnet, Connect2, GoStore, AWCELL, Bit Digital Market, Spark Tech, Cellplus, CityCell, OneStore, One Price, and Global Market. The process of purchasing a new mobile device is straightforward—visit the designated stores, complete the required forms, and make an initial payment ranging from 30% to 50% of the device's price.
After completing the initial payment, you can leave the store with your new device once the security app is installed. The outstanding balance can be settled in installments over up to 90 days. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or foreign currency at the store. It is important to note this app cannot serve as a payment utility—its function is to input your payment details so that it can be confirmed.
If you can't pay your outstanding balance, your new mobile device will be disabled and cannot be used until the pending fee is paid. Notably, there are no additional charges for late payments. Individuals must be at least 18 years old and possess a Venezuelan identity card to qualify for this process. However, it is important to note that this app is exclusively usable within Venezuela.
